The building was named a Top Ten Green Project by the American Institute of Architects. It also took top prize in the annual Wisconsin Green Building Alliance Sustainability Energy Efficiency competition.
Challenge
The Clock Shadow Building was being erected on a small footprint, which presents unique challenges for storage, logistics and supplies.
Solution
Roman coordinated parking and material drop offs to keep the project running without interruption.
