Associated Bank Project
Associated Bank’s new Milwaukee branch, located within a functioning parking structure, underwent a comprehensive tenant build-out to enhance its services and security features. The 3,775 sq. ft. facility now boasts a modern design with unique lighting fixtures, including cove and ceiling lamps that create a cloud-like ambiance. Notably, the branch features a specialized man-trap entry system—a bulletproof glass enclosure designed to enhance security by allowing employees to trap potential threats. This flagship location serves as a prototype for future Associated Bank branches across Wisconsin.
Challenge
Executing a tenant build-out within an active parking structure presented logistical challenges, particularly in coordinating construction activities without disrupting daily operations. Additionally, integrating advanced security features and unique lighting designs required meticulous planning and execution.
Solution
Roman Electric collaborated closely with JM Construction to schedule tie-ins to the existing line system, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless integration of new systems. The team provided comprehensive design/build services, focusing on power and lighting installations that complemented the branch’s modern aesthetic.
