After a form submission, a Project Manager will contact you within 1 business day to schedule a site visit. We aim to deliver the final detailed quote within 1-2 weeks of the site assessment.

We provide no-obligation initial consultations and quotes for commercial construction and large renovation projects free of charge. 

You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager who serves as your single point of contact for all scheduling, technical questions, and communication from start to finish.

Non-emergency service calls are typically scheduled within 2–5 business days, depending on the technician availability and the urgency of the work required. 

Standard project work and non-emergency service calls are scheduled during regular business hours (M-F). Weekend work is reserved for pre-scheduled projects or emergencies only

Our office hours for administrative support, accounting, and general inquiries are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Yes. For all major construction or renovation contracts, we arrange a dedicated meeting between you and the assigned Project Manager/Site Supervisor.

Yes. Roman Electric is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, maintaining all necessary credentials to perform electrical, plumbing, and data work across all counties we serve. 

Absolutely. We provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) that demonstrate our liability and workers' compensation coverage to all clients before a project begins. 

Yes. We maintain a strong portfolio and are happy to provide references from satisfied clients whose projects match the size and scope of your own. 

We primarily use our own highly trained and licensed in-house staff. If specialized subcontractors are required, they are thoroughly vetted, insured, and managed directly by our Project Managers. 

We adhere strictly to OSHA standards and the latest NEC (National Electrical Code) and local Wisconsin building codes. Safety is monitored daily by site supervisors.

We accept all major forms of commercial payment, including company checks, ACH transfers, and major credit cards. Specific details are outlined in your invoice. 

Our payment schedule is milestone-based, meaning payments are linked to the completion of specific, pre-agreed phases of work. This ensures accountability and transparency. 

All change orders are documented and require written approval from the client before any additional work or cost is incurred. We maintain full transparency in this process. 

Yes. Upon project completion, you will receive all relevant documentation, including warranties, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and final lien waivers. 

We provide a strong warranty on both the equipment we install and the quality of our workmanship. Specific terms for your project will be clearly outlined in your final contract.
