Challenge

Roman was asked to complete a high-end design/build educational facility project on an exceptionally fast schedule.

Solution

To avoid using light fixtures that require long lead times, we helped incorporate light coves into the architectural design and used high-output LED light tape to keep the project on schedule. This also accomplished the owner’s request to create well-lit spaces that accentuated the building’s high-end finishes without visible light fixtures. Even in 40-foot high atrium spaces, the ⅜” LED light tape provided exceptional lighting while maximizing energy efficiency.
