Clock Shadow Building Project
The Clock Shadow Building, located at 130 W. Bruce Street in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood, is a 30,425 sq. ft. facility recognized as a Top Ten Green Project by the American Institute of Architects. It also received the top prize in the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance Sustainability Energy Efficiency competition. Roman Electric contributed to this award-winning project by providing energy-efficient electrical solutions, including power and lighting systems, supporting the building’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Challenge
Constructed on a compact urban lot, the Clock Shadow Building presented unique challenges related to storage, logistics, and supply management. The limited footprint required meticulous planning to coordinate deliveries and material handling without disrupting the construction schedule.
