A third-generation family member of Roman Electric, Phil (son of Gerv Rose) began his career as a Plant Engineer then served as Estimator, Engineer and Project Manager for a Michigan electrical contractor. He joined Roman in 1992 as a Project Manager and was appointed Vice President in 1997. He was promoted to President in 2003. Phil is active in professional and volunteer organizations. He is a member of the Marquette High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

Gervase R. Rose, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Son of founder Roman Rose, Gerv began working for Roman Electric as a teenage electrician's helper while attending school. He's served as an Estimator, Project Manager, Vice President and, since 1963, President. He was elected a member of the Academy of Electrical Contracting for outstanding industry leadership. Gerv is an active member and officer in a variety of professional and volunteer organizations.

Gabriel E. Rose, Vice President - Design & Engineering
A third generation family member of Roman Electric, Gabe (son of Gerv Rose) began working for Roman Electric during his summer breaks in high school and college as a helper in the warehouse, appliance delivery person and electrician's helper. He served a one year part-time internship as a project manager assistant during his junior year in college and went to work as a project engineer for Reserve Electrical Construction Company, a Cleveland electrical contractor, immediately following college. He later worked as an electrical engineer for Linton Sherbundy Associates, a Cleveland electrical consulting company, and rejoined Roman Electric in 1999 as a project engineer. He became a project manager in 2001 and Vice President of Design & Engineering in 2003. He is an active member in a number of professional organizations.

Paul joined Roman Electric as Controller in 1991 and was promoted to Vice President in 1997. He began his professional career in 1971 and has held executive and management positions in construction, development and securities firms. Earlier he served as a tax consultant with Deloitte & Touche. He is active in several professional organizations.
